Discover Our Potato Gourmet Twist, Appetizers, and Dehydrated Offerings at Booth 3-21
From July 9th to 11th, 2025, Goodrich Cereals is proud to announce its participation at JFEX 2025, Japan’s premier food and beverage exhibition, held at Tokyo Big Sight. As one of India’s leading agri-food processing companies, we are thrilled to showcase our latest innovations, including our brand-new range of frozen gourmet fries, premium potato-based appetizers, potato flakes, and dehydrated vegetables—all at Booth 3-21.
This year, our focus is to deepen our global footprint in Asia, with a special emphasis on Japan, a market that values quality, innovation, and convenience—principles at the heart of every Goodrich product.
At JFEX 2025, Goodrich Cereals will officially unveil its Frozen Fries Range under the banner "Potato Gourmet Twist";, a first-of-its-kind product line developed for international markets. Our R&D team has crafted a flavor-forward, globally inspired selection of fries, offering a unique blend of taste, texture, and convenience.
Each fry is made from premium-grade, carefully selected potatoes grown in India’s fertile belts, processed using cutting-edge freezing technology to preserve nutrition and texture. Our proprietary coating ensures extended crispness even after frying or baking, making them ideal for both home and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) consumption.
Our innovation doesn’t stop at fries. Visitors to our booth will also get a first look at our exciting new range of potato-based appetizers, designed for the fast-growing ready-to-eat market:
All our appetizers are frozen at -18°C, ensuring a 12-month shelf life without the use of artificial preservatives. We've developed these products keeping in mind the Japanese consumer’s love for high-quality, easy-to-prepare snacks that deliver on both taste and health.
Japan’s food industry is globally recognized for its rigorous standards, aesthetic appeal, and preference for premium ingredients. At Goodrich, we recognize these standards and have invested heavily in state-of-the-art processing facilities, ISO and FSSC-certified plants, and stringent quality assurance protocols to meet and exceed them.
We currently export to over 30 countries, with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and see Japan as a strategic growth market. The increasing demand for international snacks, western-style fast food, and convenience meals makes Japan an ideal destination for our expanding product line.
Our potato flakes continue to be one of our flagship export items. These high-quality flakes are made using gentle drum-drying technology, preserving natural color and flavor while allowing for a wide range of applications:
With low moisture content (<8%), our flakes offer long shelf life and stable pricing—making them a reliable ingredient for manufacturers across Japan’s thriving convenience food sector.
As consumer preferences shift towards clean-label ingredients, our dehydrated vegetables offer a perfect solution.
Processed at low temperatures to retain maximum flavor and nutrients, our dehydrated vegetables are 100% additive-free, non-GMO, and ideal for soups, instant noodles, and sauces—segments booming in Japan.
